We start by understanding how you'll use the yacht — cruising grounds, guest count, charter ambitions, time aboard. From that brief we narrow the field of designers, shipyards and platforms that match your goals, budget and timeline.

Shipyard & Designer
Drawing on relationships with leading European, North American and Asian yards, we shortlist builders and designers, arrange yard visits and reference calls, and help you commission preliminary studies. Every decision is benchmarked against comparable launches.

Contracts
Killian assembles a team of surveyors, legal advisors, captains and yacht managers for you to meet. Negotiations with the selected shipyard are led by your broker and your preferred legal counsel. Specifications, regulations, warranties, payment and contractual obligations are thoroughly discussed before any contract is signed.
