Rose Killian grew up around boats and comes from a boating family. Her parents ran a successful sportfishing charter yacht they owned in Cape May, NJ. Boating has been in her background for generations — the yacht business was a natural environment for her to thrive in.

She's been a full partner and participant in the Killian Yacht story for over four decades, doing everything from sales and marketing support to hostessing at boat shows, open houses and other events.

However, Rose's specialty is assisting ultra-high-net-worth clients with luxury real estate. With over 20 years of experience, she has marketed and sold some of the most fabulous beachfront, canal and waterfront properties — and every other type of luxury home imaginable — in South Florida, the Florida West Coast, and beyond.
